Polyurethane Spray Foam
Rigid closed cell polyurethane foam has been used for the insulation and protection of pipes for more than 30 years. We have been injecting closed cell polyurethane foam into sheet metal cladding in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific islands for 20+ Years. This method has been tried and tested to provide incredible insulation to tanks and pipes reaching temps as low as -40 Degrees. The process is non-essavive using a 3.5mm hole to inject the polyurethane foam into the cavity between the service pipe and outer casing.
